The HRD Manager is responsible for planning and developing training and development programs, managing talent development, and fostering a positive corporate culture through effective communication.
Kewajiban
• Plans and develops training and development programs by partnering with line managers and business function heads to identify and assess the company’s learning and development needs to develop an annual learning and development plan or program, provide learning and development solutions, and design and develop a learning roadmap or program to ensure that all employees increase their skills and contributions to the company.
• Develop a knowledge management program to maintain and transfer organizational knowledge.
• Develop and implement a standard process for talent development and succession planning to support long-term business continuity.
• Set guidelines to manage career paths, including career framework, rotation, and promotion, and create linkage with other work systems effectively, including preparing manuals and operating status reports.
• Monitor and manage the performance appraisal system (process, assessment topic, assessment policy, goal setting, mid-year review, and final evaluation, as well as linking evaluation results to other systems).
• Design communication of key HR issues to employees through creating quality multimedia artwork and messages to help foster a positive corporate culture.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Management, Arts, Social Science, Psychology, Education or any related fields.
• More than 5-7 years of experience in human resource development, organizational development, talent management, and learning and development management in manufacturing companies (will be an advantage) and at least 3-5 years as a supervisor.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
• Equipped with HR core knowledge, management, career counseling and coaching skills.
• Good communication in Written and Spoken in English.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and proactive style.
• Able to anticipate change and strong networking, always exchanging ideas and information.
