TMF Group is seeking a Team Lead for HR & Payroll Services to oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing a team and collaborating with HR and Finance departments.
Kewajiban
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the payroll department.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Managing payroll taxes and compliance.
• Resolving payroll issues and inquiries.
• Conducting payroll audits and ensuring compliance.
• Staying up-to-date on payroll regulations and industry best practices.
• Training and developing payroll team members.
• Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless processes.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a complex organization. Experience in international companies and HR Payroll services are an advantage.
• Proven experience in managing payroll teams and processes.
• Strong understanding of local and federal labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Unit4 systems) would be advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Good in English communication both writing and speaking.
