Detail posisi

This role will be a key player in accelerating successful business change initiatives of car title loan, a super growth business area of TISCO. As part of strategy and product development unit, you will have in-depth business background and act as the interface between business users, project managers, and IT developers to gather, validate, and document business requirements as well as ensure the delivered solution meets those requirements.

Kewajiban

• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
• Understanding the pain point, the problems, and the opportunities that retail banking team is facing
• Conducting meetings to share ideas and findings from related parties
• Mapping business processes and identifying the process improvement opportunities
• Analyzing benefits and risks of alternative solutions as well as defining business impacts
• Implementing and testing of solutions to ensure desired outcomes

Kualifikasi

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or any related field
• 0-3 years’ experience, new graduates are welcome.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Dynamic, passionate, and self-drive individual
