TikTok is seeking talented individuals for an internship in 2025 within the LIVE Operations team, focusing on inspiring creativity and bringing joy through various operational strategies and activities.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for assisting in the onboarding and maintenance of agency and host resources in the Central Asian region, and maintaining cooperative relationships.
• Analyze live streaming situations and data, assist in developing operational strategies to improve streaming performance and data.
• Assist in organizing various online and offline revenue and content operation activities locally.

Kualifikasi

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Graduation in 2025 or later; able to commit to at least 5 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 6 months.
• Preference for candidates with overseas living/study experience and a strong interest in international markets.
• Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership mindset.
