Kewajiban
• Own, accurately forecast and exceed quarterly & yearly sales goals for yourself and your team
• Working hand in hand with your team leads and team, to design and execute sales strategies that will increase TikTok's share of revenue through partnership with Independent Agencies
• Strengthen TikTok's relationship with agencies, with a focus on developing relationships at CxO and senior leadership level
• Lead and partner XFN teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives across agency & key account engagement, product deployment, measurement best practices and other external focused business plans
• Define agency account segmentation and mutually beneficial plans to unlock investments and help agencies drive their business priorities
Kualifikasi
• Demonstrated success in managing large agency portfolios across both regional and national levels
• Experience in account management / client services role
• Well-versed in the agency ecosystem
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading teams
• Strong problem-solving leadership in a fast-evolving environment
• Sales management experience in Publisher/Platform Sales, Media agency as well as Brand Management/Creative Agency
