The Junior Secretary in the hospitality industry will be responsible for providing personal assistant support, managing calendars, handling communication, organizing travel logistics, prioritizing tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and completing assignments as requested.
Kewajiban
• Personal Assistant
• Calendar Management:
• Coordinate and manage the schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communication:
• Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Travel Logistics:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Ensure travel plans align with the Executive schedule and preferences.
• Task Prioritization:
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
• Confidentiality and Discretion:
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
• Handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
• To survey any assignment by request
Kualifikasi
• 2 years experience as a Secretary (Hospitality industry is Preferred)
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Good Command In English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
