Kewajiban
• Structure long-term PR plan and program recommendations for company
• Drive the development of appropriate PR strategies and programs
• Responsible for the development of public relations initiatives.
• Plan and develop tools/mediums for both external and internal communications i.e. online internal newsletter, corporate profile, CEO message, organization announcements
• Forecast and manage PR budget
• Involve with corporate messaging, PR activities, media exposure to ensure all communication strategies and goals are achieved.
• Proactively handle company issues
• Contribute to and promote business development, investment portfolio by counseling IR, CFO, or Head of Bus
• Responsible for corporate branding planning, strategy and implementation to ensure all marketing strategies and goals are achieved.
• Develop, manage and negotiate media plans for corporate branding initiatives including print, direct mail, online and email advertising. Propose new applicable mediums and integrate into plan.
• Also build, manage and maintain corporate branding budget.
• Plan and implement CSR programs
• Forecast and manage CSR budgets
• Develop media relations strategies and deliver results
• Generate ideas for media outreach and pitch efforts
• Implement special public relations events such as press conference and analyst tours
• Accountable for quality control and final review of all company communication materials
• Instruct staff in the area of writing and editing
• Develop press release, company profile, byline articles and other press material
• Conduct performance review
• Create opportunities for team to enhance growth with Company
• Make recommendations regarding salary increase, promotions
• Participate in system improvement
• Involve in staffing of team including reviewing resume and interviewing candidates
• Act as key contact for group internal communication
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of corporate communication/public relations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in PR agency management is preferred.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Robust network of media contacts within Thailand; international media connections are a plus.
• Proven track record in managing branding campaigns and CSR initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
