Customers Journey:
• Attending to customers’ requirements, and to provide assistance with the choice of watches in terms of brands and models, provide product information, pricing and demonstrate product usage.
• Attending customer inquiries promptly and professionally and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster customer’s experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales to enhance the overall service experience.
Sales:
• Ensure that personal sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Involved in all in-house promotional activities.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Kualifikasi
• Watch enthusiast. Familiar with various brands, models, and their features. Understand the differences in materials, movements (e.g., quartz, automatic), and functions (e.g., chronograph, diver's watch).
• Having sales experience in the luxury retail industry, particularly in watch brands, can be a significant advantage.
• Well presented, Natural storyteller, Skilled problem solver, Service-minded.
• Computer and English literacy (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in an onsite setting and on a roster based.
