The Trade Operations Manager aligns sales, channel, category, and marketing strategies to execute trade programs across domestic and export distribution and project channels, ensuring meticulous implementation and providing crucial insights into competitor strategies.

• Lead and develop trade marketing strategies and operations to enhance sales volume and market share across domestic and export markets, through distribution and project channels.
• Execute Trade Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and incentives. Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including domestic sales, export sales, customer service, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of plans.
• Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Continuously adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics to optimize results.
• Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired business objectives within allocated resources.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, projects, and internal teams.
