The Siam Gypsum Industry (SGI) or “Elephant Gypsum Board” was established in July 1982 to manufacture and supply gypsum wall and ceiling solutions. It categorizes Elephant Gypsum Board products into 6 categories: gypsum boards, gypsum tiles, metal profiles, gypsum compounds, gypsum partition systems, and accessories for walls and ceilings. In 2021, Elephant Gypsum Board changed its main shareholders and entered into a joint venture with Knauf, the world's leading building materials company, and Siam Cement Group (SCG), the leading innovative construction materials and chemicals company in Thailand.
Elephant Gypsum Board currently operates three factories and has a production capacity of more than 100 million square meters of gypsum boards per year, allowing it to meet the needs of customers throughout the country, including customers in more than 28 countries. The factory is located in SIL Industrial Estate, which has two factories in Saraburi province and one in Southern Industrial Estate Chalung in Songkhla, with the head office in Bangkok. Detail posisi
The Sales Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales data, preparing project proposals and quotations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Kewajiban
• Collect and consolidate sales data and manage to send out document related to loyalty program to customers, organize and filing all document.
• Assist project sales to prepare project proposal.
• Assist project sales to prepare small projects quotation.
• Manage “Tailor-made products” demand planning and coordinate with sales, CS and central planning to make sure the products availability at site on time.
• Prepare demand planning (by project or sales rep) for tailor-made product, send to product manager and central planning.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to provide sample products, catalogs, and mock-up products at customer site.
• Coordinate with Category team to provide document required by customers and to make the new products ready to sell.
• Assist sales team in admin work for sales business purpose.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong service-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Moderate command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High discipline in punctuality and attendance.
• Sound business knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and proactive problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration.
