The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for the plasters business, aligned with company objectives, while managing campaigns across various channels.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for our plasters business, aligned with overall company objectives.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate leads and drive traffic to our website.
• Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Brochures, Case studies, Website content, and Presentations.
• Lead and manage the participation of the business in the different ceramic, Industrial and medical industry exhibitions.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with related parties both internal and external to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage and collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Build relation and coordinate with professors in Ceramic Faculty or related field in different universities to build brand.
• Enhance brand awareness and build up Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to promote the organization.
• Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and performance.
• Collecting, condensing and presenting data including market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across marketing channels (digital, print, trade shows, etc.).
• Organize the Ceramic exhibition and prepare all materials for trade shows in difference counties.
• Coordinate with different BU for marketing support to promote compound business.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics (leads generated, website traffic, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the industrial sector.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is typically required.
• Direct hands-on experience managing Social Media Accounts including Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Others.
• Experience in driving POST Engagement / Followers.
• Direct experience in SEO, not only KEYWORD stuffing webpages (SEO also in social media).
• Experience in graphic design.
• Experience in organizing participation in exhibitions.
• Experience in B2B Marketing.
• Creativity and strategic thinking abilities.
• Good command English.
• High flexibility and able to travel.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive mindset.
