Detail posisi

The Management Trainee (Process Engineer) position involves organizing and maintaining production processes, leading improvement projects, and developing manufacturing processes using various methodologies.

Kewajiban

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
• Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
• Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Statistics-based methods and principles for process excellence.
• Coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving.
• Monitors and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability and cost savings.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Engineering industrial or Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer.
• At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on process supervision.
• Knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Skills in KAIZEN, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000, GMP/HACCP.
