The Sales Executive - Sales Manager position in Phuket focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving sales growth while maintaining professional knowledge and resolving customer issues.

Kewajiban

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a trailer made service, product knowledge and a fast time response to all enquirers.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks with the food industry, and participating in professional workshop and training.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Manages pricing and monitors credit term compliance. Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly on market driven / commodity products, to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develops and executes business plans.
• Ensure Grows sales and profit margins on an ongoing basis to meet established sales and margin Target.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales HORECA channel.
• Good command of English.
• Base at Phuket province.
