Thairath Group is seeking a visionary and experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team and lead the development of innovative advertising sales strategies across all channels.
Kewajiban
• Develop, manage, and refine advertising sales strategies across all channels to align with business goals and the company’s vision.
• Analyse markets, target audiences, and consumer behaviour to tailor sales approaches that meet customer needs and increase ad sales revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure strategies are hitting revenue goals.
• Identify and develop new sales channels for emerging businesses, expanding market opportunities and driving additional revenue.
• Analyse sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for refining sales strategies.
• Prepare reports on the impact of sales strategies on revenue performance.
• Other duties as assigned (because there's always something exciting around the corner!).
Kualifikasi
• At least 10 years of experience in managing advertising sales or a related industry.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and lead teams to hit their targets.
• High-level market analysis and strategic planning skills (we’re talking next-level insights!).
• A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in using technology and sales analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time like a pro.
