• Develop new products (Advertisement and Events) that align with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
• Set pricing and create sales packages for Thairath Group media channels.
• Conduct Product Orientation sessions with the sales team to ensure efficient product positioning and sales execution.
• Craft and deliver compelling Pitch Decks to support the sales team in expanding the customer base and entering new markets.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to provide actionable insights for sales and product strategies.
• Conduct thorough market condition analysis to guide strategic business decisions and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Identify potential partnerships and working closely with the sales team to build strong business relationships.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adapting approaches based on market feedback and insights.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, or product development — especially in the advertising media industry.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, product positioning, and competitor strategies within the industry.
• Exceptional skills in analyzing data and extracting actionable insights from market and sales data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven expertise in creating and delivering impactful Pitch Decks.
• Proficient in CRM software, sales analysis tools, and market research platforms.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively.
