The Talent Selection and Placement Associate at Teach For Thailand plays a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and placing exceptional individuals to improve educational opportunities for children in underserved communities. This position focuses on transforming potential into impact through strategic talent selection and ecosystem building.

Kewajiban

• Organize Assessment Center (AC) activities both in Bangkok and other provinces as per the established plan.
• Achieve a 65% candidate pass rate in the selection process.
• Develop and implement innovative talent selection methodologies.
• Build strategic connections between exceptional talents and schools.
• Match fellows with schools facing educational challenges.
• Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, students, and communities to ensure successful placements.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of placements on educational outcomes.

Kualifikasi

• Strong understanding of educational challenges in Thailand.
• Experience in recruitment, talent selection, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
