Teach For Thailand is seeking an Alumni Network Lead to cultivate a community of leaders dedicated to improving educational opportunities for children in Thailand. This role is crucial for accelerating the impact of the Alumni Network as part of the organization's 2024-2026 Growth Strategy.

Kewajiban

• Lead the development and evolution of the alumni engagement strategy in partnership with the Alumni Board, focusing on fostering a strong, impactful alumni network aligned with Teach For Thailand's mission.
• Set clear, measurable outcomes for alumni engagement, ensuring the community has access to resources, professional development, partnerships and networking opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard and lead a small team of staff members, while also bringing in external experts to enhance the network.
