The Spray Painting Leader is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to team members, coordinating production plans, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Kewajiban

• Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to team member’s
• Coordinated execution of production plans, control progress and recording
• Daily efficiency statistics can confirmation, adjustment and improvement of working hours at bottleneck stations.
• Record and feedback of abnormal production working hours
• In-process quality control: Handling of defective products, Reporting, feedback, tracking, confirmation and improvement of process abnormalities
• Materials and semi-finished products management:
- Approval and receipt of materials required for production, application for material return and replenishment
- Equipment loss management and data feedback during the manufacturing process
- Semi-finished products in the process will be put into warehouse and reported for work after completion of the circulation work order
- Check stock
• Production environment, 5S management
• Operator education, training and assessment
• Daily management: set morning meeting, summary yesterday and today’s production status within the team, arranging work content, and publicizing important matters
• Responsible For Close By Follow Supervisor Assign
• Responsible Production Weekly + Monthly Report
• Responsible By Follow Up Policy And Assigned

Kualifikasi

• Education: High School M.6 (UP)
• Work experience: 2-3 years
• Experience working as a spray painting
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques.
• Ability to see subtle color differences.
• Can Control And Management All PD Job
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• And Other Assigned By Supervisor (Up)
