เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรกิจ / เจ้าหน้าที่แปลเอกสารและล่าม (ญี่ปุ่น) จะรับผิดชอบในการติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและแปลเอกสารระหว่างภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาไทยเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตและการส่งออกสินค้า.

Kewajiban

• ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้าต่างชาติเพื่อรับ Order ติดตามการผลิต จนสามารถส่งสินค้าออกได้ตามเป้าหมายและตามเวลาที่กำหนด
• ส่งยอดรายงานการผลิตเพื่อการส่งออกให้เจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อจัดเตรียมส่งสินค้าออก
• แปลเอกสาร คู่มือ แบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ทั้งภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาไทย เพื่อติดต่อกับลูกค้าญี่ปุ่นและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างร้านค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ, ลูกค้า ฝ่ายผลิต

Kualifikasi

• ปริญญาตรี ภาษาญี่ปุ่น หรือสาขาที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเคียงได้
• ความรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น ระดับ N3 - N2
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การติดต่อประสานงาน และการเจรจาต่อรองดี
