The Silo Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the receipt and storage of soybeans, ensuring operational readiness of machinery, and optimizing storage space utilization.
Kewajiban
• Manage and oversee the receipt and storage of soybeans.
• Plan and control storage space utilization to meet production needs.
• Inspect machinery regularly and coordinate necessary repairs to ensure operational readiness.
• Utilize knowledge of silo machinery, conveyor systems, agricultural product handling, and waterway transportation.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machinery, conveyor systems, waterway transportation, and silos.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Prior experience in the animal feed business or soybean storage is an advantage.
