Kewajiban
• Demand planning and sales analytics strategy: Define and lead the execution of roadmap and strategic priorities for Demand Planning & Sales Analytics as well as annual plan, budget allocation and target setting
• Demand planning roadmap and execution: Work with Global S&OP function to develop playbook and methodology relating to demand planning and ensure adoption across regions; make decision on consolidated unconstrained demand plan for Pet BU to be passed on to Global S&OP and lead the collaboration with Global S&OP and commercial teams to resolve any potential issues in fulfilling the demand plan
• Sales pitch support and sales analytics execution: Manage deployment of sales analysts in the team to ensure ample sales pitch support for commercial teams as needed; set guidelines and frameworks for key sales analyses, reports and dashboards to deliver timely insights to regional sales teams and support data-driven analyses (e.g., sales growth, opportunities for sales improvements, customer acquisition costs)
Kualifikasi
• Deep expertise in demand planning for B2B OEM
• Advanced strategic thinking, data analysis, and planning skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• A self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges
• Strong ability to drive conflict resolutions across functional teams
• Demonstrating alignment with and the ability to thrive within the cultural framework of Thai Union's values and behaviors
• Innovative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to drive collaboration across different functional groups
• Embracing a learning and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for learning and making continuous process and ways of working improvements
• Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
