The Demand Planner at I-TAIL CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is responsible for ensuring demand planning forecast accuracy and collaborating with various teams to align on demand forecasts and address potential issues.
Kewajiban
• Demand planning forecast accuracy
• Provide demand baseline to respective regional Commercial Leads for further enrichment
• Partner with Demand Planning & Sales Analytics Lead and global S&OP to design and drive implementation of best-practices, consistent tools, and templates across Pet BU in demand planning
• Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, compile forecast data, create statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast outcomes
• Identify and implement initiatives to further improve demand forecast accuracy for the respective market(s) (e.g., SKUs / segments to be improved with business intel, new launches trend)
• Cross-team Collaboration
• Collaborate with commercial teams to share and align on final consolidated unconstrained demand forecast by region and product, including for planned new launches
• Collaborate with global S&OP to address potential issues that may result in demand not being fully met, including facilitating alignment across regional Commercial Leads on prioritization of customer orders
• Be an active member of the extended market teams to drive both short- and long-term performance (incl. demand planning accuracy)
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong knowledge of modern planning methods and forecasting models for consumer goods
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive understandable and practical insights from data sets and identify key issues relevant to the business needs
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey commercial and technical across functional teams
• A self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence key internal and external stakeholders, in particular with strong ability to drive conflict resolutions across functional teams
• Demonstrating alignment with and the ability to thrive within the cultural framework of Thai Union's values and behaviors
• Embracing a learning and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for learning and making continuous process and ways of working improvements
• Able to travel
• Proficient in English
