The Cost Accountant position in Samut Sakhon involves managing and analyzing costs, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance, and improving processes to enhance efficiency.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Management and Analysis, and Profit and Loss Statement Review.
• Maintain the cost system and ensure accurate and timely cost data recording.
• Verify the accuracy of entries recorded in the profit and loss statement during the month and at the closing stage.
• Close cost accounts, perform cost allocation processes, and check production cost accounting entries.
• Analyze production costs, raw material costs, labor costs, and other expenses to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze standard cost variances to identify anomalies.

Budgeting and Forecasting
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and production cost forecasts with relevant data.

Reporting and Compliance
• Prepare and present reports to management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Comply with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documents for cost-related audits.

Process Improvement
• Identify and implement improvements in cost accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Use insights to propose cost reduction strategies in production and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices.
• Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of standard cost management and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
