Kewajiban
• Manage entire IT service in the organization.
• Plan and execute IT service improvement.
• Lead and guide members for managing IT service.
• Understand and contribute regional IT strategy and direction.
Kualifikasi
• Experience in IT service management as manager position more than 5 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology that can work effectively and efficiently in organization.
• Good command of English.
• Good Communication and be able to work under pressure.
• General knowledge in IT architecture (Server/VMware/Network/Security) and business application (ERP, CRM, HRM).
• General knowledge in Microsoft 0365, Dynamics Business central or other recent Microsoft cloud service technologies are advantageous.
• Construction industry's knowledge is advantages.
• Strong in communication, documentation and team-work skill.
• Good in English communication and documentation skill are advantages.
• ITIL or equivalent certificate holder is advantages.
