The BIM Modeler (Shop Drawing) position requires a candidate with 3 years of experience or more, proficient in Autodesk Revit to deliver 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings, while managing BIM data and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Kewajiban

• Use Autodesk Revit to Deliver 2D & 3D for Architectural & Structural Drawing to meet the schedule
• Create LOD 300-400 BIM Model for 2D Drawing, 3D Visualization, 4D Simulation and 5D Quantity Take-off
• Create & Manage data in the BIM Model to meet the client or BEP Requirement
• Check and correct design conflicts or report to relevant personnel to find a solution.
• Help improve and develop the Revit Family & Template for work that also meet the TTI Standard.

Kualifikasi

• The candidate who have 3 years of experience or more will be considered.
• Bachelor degree in Architect, Civil Engineer and Other Related
• Understanding of LOD Definition and can apply LOD concept to daily task
• Understanding of BIM data such as project parameter, shared parameter, type & instance parameter, Loadable & system family
• Have a BIM Experience or Using Autodesk Revit for making 2D drawing at least 1 year
• Have a knowledge of construction detail and Be able to check construction errors (Plus)
• Have Revit AR or ST Professional License (Plus)
• Can create and develop Revit Family (Plus)
• Can use Navis work Manage for Clash Detection and 4D Simulation (Plus)
• Can use Dynamo for increasing productivity of work (Plus)
