The Assistant to the Managing Director is responsible for maintaining the executive's agenda, providing administrative support, and representing the Managing Director in various meetings and activities.
Kewajiban
• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, Management meetings, conferences etc.
• Providing secretarial/administrative support functions for the MD: handling requests, travel & accommodation arrangement, making appointments, calendars and scheduling, interaction with both internal and external executives, preparing for internal and external meetings/events
• Participate and be representative of Managing Director in the concerned meetings or activities.
• Attending meetings and keep minutes
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
• Duties outside of an office environment typically handle personal errands
Kualifikasi
• Have experience working as Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary
• Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

• Flexibility and adaptability
