The Human Resources Business Partner (Manager – Sr. Manager) will act as a strategic partner to define business opportunities and work closely with senior leaders to design effective strategies.
Kewajiban
• Act as a strategic partner to define business opportunities and its concerns and work closely with senior leaders to design effective strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide expertise in the areas of Industrial Relations and Associate Relations.
• Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and people managers in the responsible department/area.
• Provide timely necessary information to all internal stakeholders on people's agendas.
• Utilize HR Data Analytics to deliver appropriate solutions to drive business success.
• Provide reliable advice, guidance, and coaching to people managers on all people's agendas.
• Collaborate with HRSSC, COE, and BCOE Team to initiate effective people solutions which able to drive organization and business profitably.
• Collaborate with people managers to cultivate a Culture of Safety in which associates engage to drive business results effectively.
• Support people managers to ensure the E2E HR process will execute effectively and align with process governance.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to HR (Prefer Master’s degree in HR)
• 5 – 10 years of experience as HR Generalist / HRBP
• Good understanding of Modern HR systems/frameworks and practices
• Demonstrated experience in E2E HR function/processes, especially Labor Union Management
• Strong understanding of the Labor Protection Act, Labor Relations Act and other related local laws.
• Familiar with ILO Labor Standards e.g. SMETA, SLCP, Higg SLM, etc.
• Strategic Thinking with a growth mindset
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills (RCA, MECE)
• Strong data analytics skill
• English proficiency
