To implement, support and monitor Human Resource policies, including recruitment, manpower planning, fringe benefits, internal and external relationships and ensure satisfaction and well-being of employee. Monitor and control Labour cost and company discipline, strategise and lead discussions with union etc.
Kewajiban
• Develop and Maintain harmonious and cordial industrial relations for smooth operation of the units
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting in alignment with annual business plans
• Ensure 100 % legal compliance of contractors.
• Statutory Compliance & Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Organizational Effectiveness through safety and health
• Payroll and Wage Admin
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or Master of Law or relevant fields.
• At least 10 years of experiences in HR and ER roles in manufacturing businesses
• Direct experience in Labor Relations for manufacturing field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and able to prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of the Labor Protection Act, Labor Relations Act and other related local laws.
• Communicable level in English and computer literate especially with Microsoft Office
