Kewajiban
• Plant maintenance to ensure implementation of electrical maintenance of power, switchgear, motor and other electrical installations in the assigned area to achieve maximum availability of the plant to meet production targets.
• Corrective maintenance and inspection of all electrical equipment and all concerned electrical parts to continue smooth running.
• Cost control check and control maintenance expenditure for the assigned area so that requisite maintenance is carried out within the allotted budget.
• Improvement/ Modifications review & identify areas of improvement based on Breakdown & Shutdown to enhance plant availability and thus overall effectiveness.
• Work environment & Safety to ensure implementation of maintenance activities so as environment and safety systems & procedures are adhered to safe & accident free workplace is prime objective.
• MIS report and documentation assist in preparation and update of documents related to MIS report for data bank to identify and analyst improvement opportunities and also to fulfil statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience 5 years above in manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
