The Chemical Engineer will oversee and enhance the chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while managing business excellence activities and developing employee competencies.
Kewajiban
• To ensure, supervise and review the process and its KPIs.
• To initiate routine maintenance activities related to the process.
• To monitor and improve losses in spinning process.
• To ensure the process operation complied with safety, health and environmental standards.
• To manage Business Excellence activities in line with group business excellence roadmap.
• To develop employees competence and maintain relationship.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in chemical plant.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
• Proactive & Able to work well under pressure in Multicultural organization.
• Good management and problem-solving skills, strong leadership, strategic thinker and good interpersonal attitude.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC Score certificate will be advantage).
