Detail posisi

The Utility Section Manager/Senior Utility Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance plan and ensuring alignment with departmental goals, while managing the maintenance team and coordinating with suppliers and safety protocols.

Kewajiban

• Participate in developing the maintenance plan with the head of department.
• Follow up the maintenance plan for Utility and all assignment to be aligned with the plan.
• Initiate the working process of department to be well aligned with the maintenance department.
• Verified and checked the work of maintenance department as assigned from the department of maintenance.
• Control and follow up with the plan of maintenance based on the policy.
• Initiate the solutions in maintenance department which will be able to prevent the problem to happen again.
• Able to manage and take care of people in the department.
• Control and coordinate with the supplier as needed.
• Control and coordinate about safety internally and externally.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree or higher related to Mechanical Field.
• Maintenance Experience in manufacturing at least 5-10 years.
• Strong knowledge about AutoCad.
• Experience in HVAC System.
• Good Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.
