The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met through effective process control and testing, while also focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Kewajiban

• Control, take care of process and testing the quality checking to make sure that it is well aligned with the quality standard.
• Analyze and improve the process of quality checking and testing in order to increase the efficiency of quality checking process
• Control, take care and finding the solutions which makes it aligned with the quality checking goals.
• Analyze the root cause of the issue, customers complaints and finding the solutions which can avoid the issues to re-happen again.
• People development within department.
• Contact, coordinate with the related department if there is an issue occurred related to quality checking and finding the solutions.
• Always find the ways to improve yourself both technical and soft skills.
• Other related tasks which is assigned by direct supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills
• Work well under pressure and tight timeline.
• Pro- Active and able to work as a team or independently
• TOEIC score 550 or similar English proficiency test result.
