The Human Resource Management (HRIS) position involves configuring HRIS systems, analyzing HR data, managing employee information, and leading system enhancement projects to improve HR capabilities.
Kewajiban
• Configure HRIS fields, workflows, and processes to align with HR policies. Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and propose actionable improvements.
• Engage in system enhancement projects from gathering requirements to full implementation.
• Manage employee data within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends for decision-making purposes.
• Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new features. Action system and ensure the accuracy of all data.
• Lead the implementation of digital tools to enhance HR capabilities, such as RPA, PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Technical Project Management or HR Organization Management function.
• Strong project / Program management, strong in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultation.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools & HRIS software experience, such as SAP success factors, or similar systems knowledge is a plus.
• Skill in Power BI would be an advantage.
