The Production Sterile Head is responsible for controlling the sterilization process to meet standard requirements, managing available resources, and solving work-related problems promptly.

Kewajiban

• Control the sterilization process to meet standard requirements and monitor production results according to the plan.
• Manage available resources such as manpower, machinery/equipment, and work facilities to align with the plan.
• Manage or resolve work-related problems promptly.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, or manufacturing technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in production and related work, shift work, and ability to work overtime.
• Leadership qualities, decisive, flexible, good problem-solving skills, ability to learn and coordinate effectively.
