Customer Service Staff/Leader

The Customer Service Staff/Leader will be responsible for corresponding with overseas and domestic customers, receiving and confirming PO/demands, informing production control department of customer demands, confirming delivery dates, handling RFQs and specifications, reviewing shipment plans, and managing accounts receivable.
Kewajiban
• Correspondence with overseas and domestic customers
• Receive PO/demand from customers and confirm upon receipt
• Inform Production control dept. for customer demand based on PO and forecast on a weekly basis
• Confirm delivery date to customer
• Review/Correct shipment plan
• Handle RFQ & specification’s requirement & documentation for new/existing projects
• Account receivable review and follow up
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Good command of English, Japanese is an advantage
• Computer literacy
• Coordination and communication skills
• Ability to follow up until products reach the customer
• Experience in cosmetic or OEM business is an advantage
