The Admin Officer/Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring training programs within an organization, as well as supervising technical training for staff and conducting orientation sessions. They are also in charge of creating training materials, visual aids, and evaluation processes, as well as preparing and implementing training budgets. Additionally, they handle HR operation tasks such as visa processing and other immigration matters for expatriates.
Kewajiban
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
• Supervise technical training for staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions.
• Create brochures and training materials.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Create testing and evaluation processes.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Able to create introductory video materials.
• Preparing & Processing VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates.
• Preparing/processing issuing original document to/at government offices such as Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment, Department of Business Development, Social Security Office.
• Any other HR operation jobs requested.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Or Directly Related Field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Administration.
• Knowledge and Skill in Computer/English.
• Strong Solution Skill, Relationship, work under pressure.
• Systems implement experience.
• Can work night shifts.
• Must apply to the company's LINE for sending an introductory video.
• Must introduce oneself in Thai and English (personal history, work history).
• Video length should not exceed 5 minutes.
• Ability to design video clips creatively.
• Able to travel for job interviews at the company.
