Detail posisi

The IT Support position involves coordinating IT issues, providing internal support for company equipment, and ensuring effective technical assistance and problem resolution.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate between IT departments for issues clarification and requirement to be in the same page.
• Responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
• Ensure that each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, image, and software.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person.
• Track and follow up system issues and solve the problems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks and Wide Area networks.
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
• Document internal procedures.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
• Ensure that the company’s commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and practiced.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Kualifikasi

• Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems.
• Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications.
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
