Kewajiban
• Account Management Support: Assist senior sales team members in managing customer accounts, including contract preparation, negotiation, and handling administrative tasks.
• Lead Generation: Leverage networking and prospecting skills to identify potential clients, generating leads and uncovering new sales opportunities aligned with Tencent Cloud’s business goals.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Business Contracts Manager to negotiate contracts and execute strategic account plans. Contribute to sales forecasting and revenue growth.
• Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Tencent Cloud’s product offerings to craft tailored service solutions. Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team to address customer needs effectively.
• Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and provide recommendations for improving market competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or its relevant field, with graduation expected between January 2024 and December 2025. Candidates must be available to join by the end of 2025.
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the cloud services industry.
