As a Client Solutions Specialist with TDCX, you will be an important member of the sales organization, focusing on the B2B Business segment. You will play a critical role in driving the full sales process from prospecting for new customer acquisition to closing deals.
Kewajiban
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
• Become an expert on client’s cleaning solutions
• Contacting new and existing customers via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and convince them to use the best cleaning solutions
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption
• Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products
• Providing the insight of product’s information to customers
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management, and client from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Kualifikasi
Who are we looking for?
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, but sales and/or marketing are preferable
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales with 1 year in Account Management in B2B
• Business development, sales account management, or consultative selling experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment.
