Detail posisi

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and customer service activities, ensuring seamless product delivery and return processes, and addressing customer inquiries with prompt, professional service.

Kewajiban

• Provide support for daily logistics and customer service operations.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product delivery and returns via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, focusing on delivering satisfactory outcomes.
• Gather and assess relevant information to address product and service-related inquiries.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility for potential job rotations and willingness to work night shifts if required.
