Detail posisi

We are looking for a Test and Development Engineer with a background in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering or related fields, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and fabricating functional testers based on customer specifications.

Kewajiban

• Design, Develop and Fabricate functional testers based on customer test specification.
• Support new product design or existing design modification and prototype build as assigned.
• Provide technical support on design-related issues in manufacturing as assigned.
• Handle functional tester set-up to support daily production and shipment plan.
• Supervise Technicians for root cause failure analysis on failed units in WIP and manage rework wip aging control.
• Create Work Instructions and tester set-up procedures to be in compliance with cooperate ISO standard procedures.
• Handle yield improvement activities and test process cycle time reduction and productivity improvement projects and responsible for debug unit.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0-10 years of experience as a Test Engineer in EMS or related business.
• A must experience in programming such as C#, C++, VB.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
