ตำแหน่ง Mass Recruiter จะรับผิดชอบในการสรรหาพนักงานและจัดการกระบวนการสัมภาษณ์ รวมถึงการสร้างฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครในพื้นที่ต่างๆ.

Kewajiban

• ประกาศประชาสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งงานว่าง ตามโซนพื้นที่ต่างๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบ Online และ Off Line รวมถึงจัดทำฐานข้อมูล Candidate Pool ในแต่ละพื้นที่
• ดำเนินการและประสานงาน จัดการสัมภาษณ์, การว่าจ้าง และแจ้งกำหนดการเริ่มงาน/การรายงานตัว
• ทำการลงทะเบียนประวัติพนักงานใหม่ในระบบฐานข้อมูลงานบุคคล
• จัดทำเอกสารและติดตามการประเมินผลทดลองงาน การประเมินผลทดลองตำแหน่งงาน
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Kualifikasi

• วุฒิ ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา
• ประสบการณ์ สรรหา อยา่งน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ ในการสรรหาพนักงานหน้าร้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี รวมถึงโปรแกรมตกแต่งภาพ Canva
• เดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ / ต่างจังหวัดได้บางครั้ง
• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
• ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (เสาร์ - อาทิตย์ work from home)
