Detail posisi

The Fixed Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Kewajiban

• Review and verify the payment requests and record the costs of newly acquired fixed assets accordingly in SAP system before payment to vendors.
• Review and control new AP vendors code to SAP system
• Monitoring store closure, reconcile between Asset register and Tableau and process write-off/retirement.
• Review, monitoring and control fixed asset items as to be assigned to employee and return when they resigned and keep record into SAP system and update status in Kissflow system
• Perform fixed asset movement management including write-off/retirement.
• Support month-end process with generate monthly depreciation postings and report.
• Tracking and record project costs in fixed asset accounts
• Ensure all fixed assets are properly classified, categorized, and recorded in the SAP system.
• Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Conduct periodic physical count of fixed asset HQ to ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting rules.
• Coordinate with QI/Auditor for the fixed asset physical counts for store partner.
• Continuing to improve of fixed assets accounting procedures and work with team. Maintains and follows accounting and procedures in compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare reporting and data relating to fixed assets for the auditors and other department as their require.
• Support daily operations relating of fixed asset and fixed asset inventory.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ direct experiences in Fixed Asset Accounting Manager from retail/ hypermarket business or related firm
• Strong understanding accounting principle related with Account Payable (Withholding Tax, VAT, Expenses Account)
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and SAP advantage
• Strong time management skills and detail orientation
• Willing and open mind to learn new things
