Kewajiban
• Lead in category/channel strategy and business execution plan.
• Define channel priorities, category key drivers and shopper insight.
• Engage cross functional coordination with key collaborative team to drive commercial integration.
• Leverage data sources for the entire organization for category/business decisions and actionable insights.
• Develop data analysis report/presentation.
• Lead Below-the-line marketing element mixes on assortment, pricing strategy, distribution and in-store communication.
• Lead field force execution and in-store standard guideline.
• Monitor ROI and manage effectively budget spending to drive Sales growth with total corporate mindset.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business related field.
• Having at least 5 years experience in Retail Marketing/ Trade Marketing / Category Management or Modern Trade Sales from Consumer Goods /FMCG Industry.
• Good Leadership, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Presentation, Project management and Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and Power point), if experience in consumer panel data (Nielsen, EYC, etc.) will be a plus.
• Well manage work under pressure situation.
• Able to work in upcountry.
• Good command of English.
