The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing supply chain management activities, ensuring efficient order processing, and enhancing operational systems.
Kewajiban
• Oversee supply chain management, including but not limited to procurement, fulfillment, inventory control and last mile logistics.
• Ensure all orders in both inbound and outbound are processed quickly.
• Summarize the root cause of issues and update SOP/SLA to smooth the operation.
• Enhancing system, formulating report to optimize SCM efficiency
• Fulfillment service partner management and quality control.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree is a must, and majoring in supply chain or logistics.
• At least 3 years of supply chain or logistics related work experience.
• Working experience in Chinese enterprises or home appliance or electronic product industries is preferred.
• Experience in operating SAP and WMS systems is preferred.
• Good command in Chinese or English.
