Detail posisi

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse and logistics supplier management, ensuring cost efficiency, KPI management, and team development to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Kewajiban

• Warehouse supplier management
• Warehouse cost analyze and cost down management
• Warehouse inbound and outbound capacity management
• Warehouse damaged goods management, follow purchase carton boxes and push warehouse change carton box in time
• Warehouse KPI management: Inventory Accuracy, Picking Accuracy, Time of Inbound Arrival to stock, return order inbound on time, SN upload upload complete and accuracy etc.
• Analyze warehousing data, control inventory turnover, improve turnover efficiency
• Logistic supplier management
• Logistic cost analyze and cost down management
• Logistic KPI management: delivery on time, original POD return on time, POD upload integrity rate monitoring etc.
• PO MOQ rule implementation and monitoring, FTL order loading rate improvement
• Develop new supplier resources to improve SCM performance
• SCM related analyze report output
• SCM whole team management, coach team members to improve their abilities and efficiency and aim to build a high-level team
• All other duties that are assigned by SCM director

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain administration or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command in English, both written and spoken, also able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
• Experience in warehouse and logistics company management, can assist supply chain director to manage the team with good results
• Have service mind with good working attitude
• Computer literate with excellent level in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and cross-department collaboration skills
• With strong ability to withstand pressure and work initiative
• Leading 5-10 person team management experience
