The Call Center position is a full-time, permanent role focused on providing customer support and information regarding repair jobs while ensuring accurate data management and coordination with various departments.

Kewajiban

• Receive calls of customer to provide information and answer queries about the repair job.
• Accurately record issues and data into CRM Support System and follow up job of repair.
• Coordinate to another related department/partner to improve problems.
• Update information in CRM system.
• Operate according to the Company's KPIs set to achieve the goals.
• Coordinating the Dealer, MDT and Wholesale for special cases.
• Follow up on assigned tasks.
***Working 5 days per week. Day off do not match in Saturday-Sunday and public holidays***

Kualifikasi

• 2.1 High school graduate – Bachelor’s degree.
• 2.2 All gender.
• 2.3 Work experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
• 2.4 New graduated are welcomed.
• 2.5 Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• 2.6 Service mind, customer-focused, solid problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and efficient and the ability to socialize well.
• 2.7 Good computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal Characteristics/Attributes:
• Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Possess good service mind and patient.
