The Administrative Specialist will provide essential support in financial reporting, administrative tasks, data management, and collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
Kewajiban
• Manage marketing financial reports, including preparing data for payments, tracking quotations and approvals in Lark, and managing tax invoices and receipts.
• Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with the finance team to open vendor accounts.
• Maintain accurate payment records and produce regular financial reports.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing correspondence.
• Assist with marketing documentation, project records, and reports.
• Support the marketing team with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Support data collection and analysis to assist in decision-making.
• Work closely with marketing and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a marketing department.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
