The International Business - Online Marketing Team Leader is responsible for driving online market expansion and enhancing sales performance through strategic planning and collaboration across teams.

Kewajiban

• Support Market Expansion
• Develop and execute strategies to grow online channels, including websites, marketplaces, in international markets.
• Plan and Manage Online Campaigns
• Coordinate mega-sale events and promotional activities with local team.
• Manage online advertising budgets and work closely with media agencies.
• Boost Online Sales Performance
• Optimize conversion rates and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective digital campaigns.
• Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work with local marketing, graphic, and logistics teams to align campaign strategies across all markets.
• Ensure Operational Excellence
• Monitor and streamline workflows to reduce delays and errors.
• Enhance Competitiveness
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors in key markets.
• Manage Workload Growth
• Handle increased demands from expanding online channels efficiently and effectively.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in online marketing, preferably in international markets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, marketplaces).
