The Digital Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leading a team, and creating compelling content to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various digital channels.

• Develop compelling advertorial content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients, the brand/campaign goals, increasing brand awareness, target audience and digital channels.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Create and execute digital marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost client engagement and brand presence.
• Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage and Plan online marketing campaigns advertising across social media, (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, LINE, X, and other platforms).
• Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through effective marketing tactics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to innovate and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Utilize experience in online entertainment to drive innovative marketing strategies.
• Conduct research on market trends and brand insights to recommend improvements for brand content, awareness, and engagement activities.
• Leverage connections in the online program industry for partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
• Monitor and adjust budgets as necessary to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and actionable insights.
• Manage a team to produce engaging and effective digital content.
Kualifikasi
• Experience in creating advertorial content +8 Years.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Familiarity with managing ad campaigns.
• Experience in generating and nurturing leads.
• Ability to create and stimulate action through content creation.
• Previous work in the Fashion, Beauty & Retail industry with established credibility will receive special consideration.
• Good command of English.
